KHAITE offers complimentary returns on all domestic orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items and Intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form provided during the portal checkout process.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
